hummus

Hummus is a delicious nutrient-packed spread or dip that originated in the Middle East and quickly became popular throughout the world. This simple, classic hummus recipe is easy to make and tastes much better than the store-bought versions. I blend the ingredients in the food processor for a few extra minutes to achieve an extra creamy consistency.
