Fast almond milk

Fast almond milk

If I need almond milk quickly and don’t want to pull out any extra equipment, I whip up a batch in my blender using almond butter and water. I use 1 Tablespoon of almond butter for every cup of water and blend until creamy. Since the almond butter has already been broken down, straining isn’t needed. For sweetened almond milk, add 1/2 to 1 date per cup of water. This milk can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
